EllaVate Education LLC is an education consulting firm committed to helping schools and teacher preparation programs achieve excellence through customized support services. We bring a deep understanding of the challenges faced by today’s educators—from classroom management to teacher retention—and provide strategic, actionable solutions grounded in real experience. We also provide services and create programs for students that promote youth development and incorporate SEL.

Founded by a seasoned educator with over 12 years of experience across preschool, high school, and higher education, we offer practical expertise that bridges the gap between academic theory and classroom application.

  • I collaborate with school and district leaders to co-design strategic plans that focus on improving teacher retention, instructional quality, and school culture. Whether you’re launching a new teacher induction program, aligning your PD model with classroom outcomes, or revamping your observation systems—my goal is to help you create lasting structures that serve your staff and students.

  • New and struggling teachers often face classroom challenges that go far beyond content delivery. I provide coaching that centers on classroom management, culture-building, and instructional clarity—equipping early-career educators with the mindset and skillset to thrive. Each coaching session is practical, supportive, and tailored to the educator’s unique needs and context.

  • I partner with universities and teacher preparation programs to offer field-based support, including mentoring, evaluation of teacher residents, and guest sessions on classroom culture and instructional planning. With firsthand experience as a teacher resident and mentor, I bring a perspective that aligns academic preparation with real classroom expectations.

  • I design and facilitate PD workshops that are reflective, interactive, and built around your school’s most urgent needs. Topics include building inclusive school culture, trauma-informed instruction, and practical strategies for instructional leadership.
